You don't get the real picture about performance from that average. What are the call drop numbers when people don't "hold it wrong"? Let's say they were 50 fewer on the 4. That would indicate a massively improved overall antenna design. So you'd have an antenna that holds on to calls about exactly as well on average, with the *ability to greatly exceed previous performance depending on use*. That can't be ignored.
And not all dropped calls are signal related. Some are capacity related and we have no idea how AT&T runs those numbers.

You can use it with 2GB but it is not a very good experience, even with a just handful of Apps open.
It's WAY too early to judge Lion's memory consumption. In my experience, only the final GM build (unsurprisingly) has ever had even a remotely similar memory profile to the final product experience.

While it's nominally leaving the unions intact, it's telling them that they have no more power over their health care benefits or pensions. Those can be deeply cut or taken away at any time. Other things, like hours worked and days off, will be non-negotiable as well. And while the union is still free to negotiate wages, the single real bargaining tool they have -- striking -- would now be a jailable offense. So they really have no power to negotiate wages either. Everything will essentially be "take it or leave it."
I agree, this is going to swing the state back to the Democrats in 2012. And yes, unless this is defeated in the courts or by a ballot initiative, anybody who wants to be a teacher or a cop or whatever will look elsewhere, outside of Ohio.

The problem you and vast majority of people commenting here have is that anything that doesn't apply to you or interest you is met with hatred and ridicule. Instead of apologizing for overlooking the one use you consider acceptable, apologize for looking down on everything you don't understand and accepting that most things in life have applicability to someone.

You have no idea what "free" means, do you? Free software has absolutely nothing to do with the money you pay to obtain it. Commercial software that you would pay thousands of dollars for can be a perfectly good example of "free" software.

There is absolutely no, no, no way that Intel did not enter a contractual agreement with Apple that explicitly prohibits or deters Apple from using AMD's competitive products.
Given that there is a major lawsuit between AMD and Intel going on right now where AMD claims that Intel has been using its monopoly through exactly that kind of behavior, you can be assured that no such agreement exists.
That said, there is value in having a good relationship with a supplier, and there is value in being able to use the same designs in all products. AMD would have to produce something quite amazing for Apple to switch over.

If it's an iPod first then why's it got such ****** capacity? Why's it called the iPhone? Seriously, are you a genuine music producer that's happy to walk around with just 8 gigs worth of music?
I don't carry around a 400 gig seagate hard drive - I carry around a 60 gig iPod because it does a great job.
And I have an iPod Nano 4 GB because it does a great job, while remaining small and thin. If you were expecting an HDD based phone from Apple, you're crazy. They wouldn't want to make such a fat phone, and I wouldn't want one. Fact is that an mp3 player with 8 GB capacity is on the high end in todays market.

I guess so. I feel the same exact way about MW2. To me that game was ugly and poorly paced where as CoD Black Ops has improved the level design immensely and made the game play much more interesting and varied.

Yes I'm on cable, I did have dsl a couple of years ago but the company couldn't offer anything faster than 10gb/s at a higher price.

So that 558 Million actually doesn't count given that it would be like giving the phone to T-Mobile knowing that they can't support 3g. The real numbers to look at are 152 Million valid GSM 3g subscribers against 178 Million CDMA customers. And no contract prohibiting having a phone for both. In the architectural drawing, above the kitchen and below the bedrooms (using the top of the image as up and the bottom of the image as down) there is a rectangular room with an arch inside it. It's not labeled like the rest is. Any ideas what that is?
Initially I thought large pantry due to its location from the kitchen, but the pantry is labeled to the right of that area.
Perhaps a library with round desk / seating? Sitting room with a circular hearth in the middle? Breakfast nook?
The great thing about an open kitchen is the cook/s of the family isn't out of the life of the family, the bad thing is all your cooking mess is out there with you. So Best guess it's a "Butler's Pantry" or a service kitchen.
Always the first luxury to be included in houses where space allows in even.
Plus it's in the service core of the house so that would fit.
Gives you some where to dump the dirty dishes if you don't want to deal with them till after guests leave or the next morning. To get round this you have two kitchens one in the main space for main meals another tucked away for prep and clean, plus the microwave or machines that make noise and go ping when you make popcorn to eat while watching the drop down home cinema screen as shown on one plan. Also if you have catering coming in for a formal diner it gives them some where out of the way to do their work.
As for the round thing which is the only round element in the house.
